What Personal Information Does Kokimokitchen.com Collect?

• Information You Provide To Us. When you choose to register with us you will be prompted to enter your email address. This email address will not be distributed to any third parties. Your email address will be used to process orders and setup new accounts. All other email from Kokimo Kitchen (such as newsletters or flyers) will be sent on a user preference basis.

User account information such as email address and purchase history are stored and retireved only if you login to our site.

How Does Kokimo Kitchen Use The Information Collected?

The information you provide to us is used to process and ship our product to you. We can only deliver our product to you if we have your address and primary contact. Your email address is used to uniquely identify you on our site. This is important so we can relay information to you about your purchases.

The automatic information collected such as web browser type and version are used for internal technical purposes. This information will be analysed to ensure the website experience is the best it can be for our customers.

How Secure Is The Information About Me?

• We do not store your credit card information on our servers. We collect the credit card information every time you checkout. Of course the entire credit card number is sent to our financial institution upon checkout (this is over a secure SSL connection).
• Your password is protected by transmitting and storing it encrypted.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a web site will place on your hard drive to remember specific information about you. At Kokimo Kitchen we store information about the contents of your shopping cart in one of these Cookies.
