Perfect Pancakes: Organic Brown Rice
A tasty and nutritious blend of the wholesome flavour of brown rice flour combined with our special blend of moong and lentil flours. A light and easily digestible pancake.

Ingredients:
Brown rice flour*, golden moong flour, lentil flour, buckwheat flour*, cane sugar*, pure vanilla*, baking powder (non-aluminum), Himalayan mineral salt^†, turmeric*.

Cooking Instructions
Cooking Perfect Pancakes is simple and quick!

1. Preheat nonstick skillet on medium heat.
2. Add ½ cup + 2 tblspn Kokimo Kitchen Pancake Mix into a bowl.
3. Add ½ cup Water.
4. Wisk gently until almost smooth.
5. Add 1-2 teaspoon of organic coconut oil (or oil of choice) to skillet.
6. Pour batter into skillet and cook for approximately 2 or 3 minutes.
7. Flip gently when browned and cook for about 1 or 2 minutes.
8. Serve hot with maple syrup & fruit. Enjoy!
